The new generation continues to evolve.
More than a board
Focused game controls, useful information, and flexible settings—all built around the match.
Find an opponent online, create private games, play against bots at three difficulty levels, or watch as a spectator.
Navigate with standard web controls or a fast two-dimensional virtual board cursor.
Meaningful names and states describe the board, moves, dice, scores, and game information.
Use guided accessibility setup, then configure themes, sounds, spoken labels, notifications, and reaction effects.
Review history, match information, pip counts, dice averages, hits, and movement efficiency.
Supported preferences, Premium access, and game balances follow your account across web and installed mobile applications.
One shared game
Many online backgammon boards are rendered primarily as graphics or canvas content. Without a carefully designed semantic interface, a screen reader cannot identify the points, checkers, dice, or legal destinations.
JustGammon builds accessibility into the board itself. Blind players can explore and operate the same game state that sighted players see visually—there is no separate audio-only game and no need for another person to describe the board.
Your best way to play backgammon together.
Explore accessible playSimple ways to keep playing
Every account receives 3 free games each day. Premium offers unlimited play while active, and one-time game packs never expire. Access and game balances follow the same JustGammon account across supported platforms.
Accessibility is part of the game
JustGammon does not separate accessible play from the main experience. Sighted, blind, and low-vision players share the same game, state, and interaction model.
Read the accessibility guideYes. JustGammon lets blind and sighted players share the same online match. Sighted players use the graphical board, while screen-reader users can explore every board position and play with standard controls or complete keyboard navigation.
